We will provide you with the Tracking Number of the parcel as soon as it is dispatched, so you may follow the delivery on the UPS website.

We are offering to our customers inside the EU to return the goods soon in case they are not completely satisfied within a period of 14 days (the 14-day period starts on the day in which you receive your order). Please, be aware that the customer is in charge of the shipping costs.

RageOff! guarantees that the goods purchased from our online store www.rageoff.com are always and completely in order. 

Make sure all products you wish to return and all the forms, product tags, authenticity labels or cards are included in the package, the original box or an equally big box. Attach the return label to the outside of the parcel.

Contact the UPS or take the package to the nearest UPS center.

We recommend that you keep an eye on the package by tracking it online.

Any problems or package damages caused by the courier cannot be attributed to RageOff!.

From the moment we receive the return at our warehouse, we will promptly send you an email to confirm the arrival of your product. You will also be informed about whether your refund has been approved or denied. The refund will be processed to the credit/debit card or account originally used for payment. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.

We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return the items to us and then place a new order online for the desired replacement items.

RageOff! is not obliged to take the goods back should they have been used, worn, washed or damaged. Please pack the goods the way you received them and be aware that we will not accept items without their tags attached.

Please contact our customer service  immediately in case you receive wrong/damaged goods. These goods are going to be accepted as a return and refunded.

Please note that we have up to 30 days of time to complete the refund payment, starting from the day in which we receive your return at our warehouse. 

Of course we will do our best to refund your money as soon as possible within the 30 days, in fact:

-refund payments to credit cards/PayPal accounts normally take up to 5 days from the moment in which we receive the return at our warehouse.

-refund payments to bank accounts normally take up to 10 days from the moment in which we receive the return at our warehouse.

Please be aware that the shipping costs you paid for the delivery of your order are NOT going to be refunded.
